Flexible between 9am till 5pm

 

Looking for a caring and friendly individual who will befriend, supervise and encourage confidence in the community to a 15 year old male, who has learning disabilities & is a wheel chair user.

The role is to support him to attend activities/clubs and support in the home.

 

Driver & Access to a vehicle essential.

PVG scheme membership will be required.
