5 hrs per week
2 days @ 2.5 hrs

We are looking to employ a fun, energetic, compassionate, and reliable individual to support our 7-year-old autistic daughter.
She is a very active, happy, and affectionate little girl who loves the outdoors, play parks, walks and other engaging activities. As she has no awareness of danger and is a flight risk, she requires constant supervision. At times she can present challenging behaviours, so we are seeking someone patient, confident, and able to provide consistent, attentive support.
The role will vary and may include one-to-one outings with our daughter as well as assisting Mum. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage situations, maintain control when needed and step in to support our daughter
To begin we will need to allow time to build trust and develop a positive relationship with our daughter.
Membership of the PVG Scheme will be required.
