£14.41 per hour
Looking for 2 PA’s
16-20 hours per week each
We are seeking two resourceful and caring individuals to share a vital role providing holistic support for a neurodiverse young female. This position is about mentorship, personal growth, and helping a young adult navigate their daily life and future aspirations.
This demanding role requires an imaginative yet grounded person to support a young adult’s neurodiverse needs and navigate challenges:
· creativity to see opportunities (where others might see barriers)
· intuition to know when to assist, when to step back and when to allow space
· adaptability and patience for when moods and plans change.
The overall aim will be to help find purpose, discover interests, and enable independence. This position includes some personal care duties; therefore, we are seeking a female candidate.
· Full driving licence required
· Must be comfortable with cats and dogs
· Age 25+ (for vehicle insurance purposes)
· PVG membership/update will be required
