We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic befriender to support a well-mannered and polite 17-year-old boy with additional support needs for 3 hours per week.
This young man is sociable, enjoys being active, and likes getting out and about in the community. His interests include visiting the golf range, cycling, going out for lunch, spending time at the beach, and enjoying the outdoors.
The role involves providing companionship and support to help him take part in activities he enjoys while building a positive and trusting relationship.
The ideal candidate will be kind, patient, dependable, and enjoy spending time with young people in the community. Experience of supporting individuals with additional support needs is welcomed but not essential, as personal qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to build a good connection are the most important qualities for this role.

Training will be provided.
