Befriender
Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.
£12.66 per hour
6 hours a month and Relief/Sick cover
Saturdays
Dates and times to be agreed – there is some flexibility
We are looking for a motivated, trustworthy and fun personal assistant to support our 10-year-old daughter with activities on the weekend. Our daughter is a charismatic, happy little girl with a sparkling personality.
She also has Down Syndrome.
Previous experience is not required, although a firm commitment to learning Makaton (a basic form of sign language) is essential.
Makaton training will be provided.
The applicant must have the ability to perceive and manage risk so as to keep our daughter safe.
Car driver preferred
